This good value and little hotel tempted us with splendid views. The breakfast was the best and the staff was helpful. The room was a nice size and well furnished, the location was easy central.

The rooms are freshly decorated and large, with nice decoration. The location is nice and ideal and they have parking onsite. The stuff is extremely accommodating and outstandingly accommodating, as well as owner. 

The hotel provides cereals and fruit for breakfast, the food is outstanding. The staff is nice, the breakfast is the best and enjoyable.

This place is centrally located close to a nice restaurant and a pub, making it a lovely area to stay in, and we had a great time sitting down for dinner at the restaurant here.

We ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. Quiet location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

Peaceful setting, really close to the outskirts of the town of Boston, Lincolnshire, the pub for a drink, and restaurant across the road. Also, on a platform in the corner. A nice size and well furnished units with extra heater.  

It has pleasant staff and clean facilities.

No complains at all, the venue met expectation, recommend it. The staff was decent & extremely friendly. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right by the popular Barge restaurant, centuries-old " Stump " church and 

The service was exceptional. I was offered a delicious breakfast with toast and cereal. The location was convenient and unbeatable for Boston, a short walk to the garden next to the building, the pub across the road, 

Great location and top-notch service. The room I got here was huge and lovely, with its own bathroom. The beds were really comfy and the view was stunningly beautiful! 😍

During trip everything was fine and we will choose the place for future trips. The restaurant here was lovely for dinner, we both ordered distinguished dishes.

The breakfast was included and had a great variety of meals, the location was quiet and convenient, not too far from Lincolnshire, the outskirts of town, and the garden next to the building added to the atmosphere. 

The unit is a nice size and well-furnished with a pleasant decor. It is centrally located near restaurants and close to the outskirts of the town of Boston. The garden next to the building is a nice feature. 

Delightful and fairly quiet units with a view over the fields.

I had a very enjoyable stay and the restaurant was great for dinner.
